Few French cities wear their identity as boldly as Toulouse. The warm terracotta brick that covers its facades, churches, and medieval hôtels particuliers has earned it the nickname La Ville Rose, the Pink City, and on a clear afternoon in Occitanie the whole place seems to glow.
