Cobra Café

Cobra Café sits on the Museumplein in Amsterdam, directly opposite the Stedelijk Museum and a short walk from the Van Gogh Museum and the Rijksmuseum. The café takes its name from the CoBrA art movement, the post-war avant-garde collective founded in 1948 by artists from Copenhagen, Brussels, and Amsterdam, whose bold, expressive work is celebrated throughout the interior in prints and original pieces.
