Crazy Horse

The Crazy Horse has been one of Paris's most celebrated cabarets since Alain Bernardin founded it in 1951 on the Avenue George V in the 8th arrondissement. Bernardin's vision was precise and uncompromising: a theatre built around the art of light, shadow, and the female form, treated with the rigour of a fine-art production rather than a conventional variety show. The house developed its own aesthetic language, using meticulously choreographed lighting to transform each performance into something closer to a living painting than a cabaret act. Over the decades it has attracted guest performers including Dita Von Teese and Pamela Anderson, and its influence on Parisian nightlife and international cabaret culture remains considerable.

Today the Crazy Horse continues to present its signature revue on the Avenue George V, with tickets available for the show alone or combined with dinner at the adjoining Ginger restaurant. The programme blends the house's long-established choreographic style with contemporary staging, making it a distinctive fixture on the Paris entertainment calendar.
